Vinification and maturation : skin maceration 8 hours.
Maturing 5 months on fine lees in tanks.

Ageing : 2-3 years

Tasting temperature : 10-12 °C

Color : brilliant, luminous light gold

Nose : intense, floral and citrus notes, beautiful fineness.

Mouth : light, sharp, very fresh, with a suspicion of exoticism (lime).

Food matching, few ideas : As an aperitif, with asparagus, vegetable terrines, chicken tagine with candied lemons, sushis, goat cheese

Grape varieties : Syrah 50%, Grenache noir 30%, Carignan 10%, Mourvèdre 10%. Organic production.

Vinification and maturation : 21 days traditional maceration in concrete tanks.
Maturing 8 months, 1/3 in barrels & 2/3 in concrete tanks.

Ageing : 5-6 years

Tasting temperature : 16-18 °C

Color : Intense garnet-red robe with purple reflections.

Nose : complexity of the aromatic pallet made of violet, liquorice and olive’s notes

Mouth : the wine goes down smoothly and is generous, fresh, with very soft tannins and
fruity notes.

Food matching, few ideas : Grilled meat, duck breast, lamb chops Cheese
